Q:  Does Personalized Blankies and more... take special requests / custom orders?

 A:  Yes, we do take special requests. We do a lot of custom work. If you would like to place a custom order, please call us (413-774-4794) or email us (contact@personalizedblankiesandmore.com) before placing your order to determine if your special request can be done and what the cost will be.

Q:  Can I change the location of the embroidered name?

A:  Yes you can. Simply write your request in the "special instructions" box on the order form. (For example, you could write: embroider the name on the diagonal, on the left side of the blankie, I would like the name in navy thread, etc.)

Q:  Does Personalized Blankies and more... take telephone orders? 

A:  Yes, we will be glad to take orders over the phone, especially custom orders. Our telephone number is 413-774-4794.

Q:  How soon will my order be shipped?

A:  If the items are in stock, we will process them and ship them out within 1 - 3 business days from the receipt of your payment. If an item is out of stock, it will delay the completion of your order. If your order is expected to be delayed, you will be notified of the delay and given an estimated completion date. If the estimated completion date is unsatisfactory, you will be given the opportunity to cancel any part of your order at that time.

Q: Does Personalized Blankies and More... offer International shipping?

A:  We no longer offer international shipping due to the high cost of shipping, and each country's VAT and duty taxes. However, we can make exceptions if you are willing to pay these extra charges. We will be happy to calculate the exact costs before you place your order. Please email us with all the specific information (item, personalization, shipping address, etc) and we will get back to you via email.

Q:  Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

A: If your order does not contain any personalized items, it may be canceled if the order has not already been shipped. However, if your order contains items that are to be personalized, the order cannot be canceled once the personalization process has begun.  If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by telephone (413-774-4794) to determine whether or not the items have begun the personalization process.

Q: What forms of payment does Personalized Blankies and more... , accept?

A:  We accept payments by Credit Card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express) and PayPal. 

Q: What is PayPal?

A:  PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to make purchases using any major credit card or directly from your bank account.  You need to set up a free PayPal account to use the service. For more information about PayPal, please visit their website at www.paypal.com.

Q:  When does my order begin processing?

A:  Orders begin processing when payment through your Credit Card or PayPal is received.
