ORDERING INFORMATION

Q:  Does Personalized Blankies and more... , take special requests / custom orders?

 A:  Yes, we do take special requests. We do a lot of custom work. If you would like to place a custom order, please call us (413-774-4794) before placing your order to determine if your special request  can be done and what the cost will be.


Q:  Can I change the location of the embroidered name?

A:  Yes you can. Simply write your request in the "special instructions" box on the order form. (For example, you could write: embroider the name on the diagonal, on the left side of the blanky.)

 

Q:  Does Personalized Blankies and more... , take telephone orders? 

A:  Yes, we will be glad to take orders over the phone, especially custom orders. Our telephone number is 413-774-4794.

 

Q:  How soon will my ordered be shipped?

A:  If the items are in stock, we will process them and ship them out within 1 - 3 business days from the receipt of your payment. If an item is out of stock, it will delay the completion of your order. If your order is expected to be delayed, you will be notified of the delay and given an estimated completion date. If the estimated completion date is unsatisfactory, you will be given the opportunity to cancel any part of your order at that time.


Q:  How much does Personalized Blankies and more... , charge for shipping in the continental United States?

A: We now have a flat fee of $7.95 for shipping in the continental United States.

 

Q:  Does Personalized Blankies and More... ship international?

A:  Yes we ship international. However, at the present, to calculate the shipping cost, we must know the items and quantity you want to order and your exact mailing address. Just email us this information and we will calculate the cost and email it back to you. You can then place the order via email or telephone. 


Q:  Can I cancel  my order after it has been placed?

A: If your order does not contain any personalized items, it may be cancelled if the order has not already been shipped. However, if your order contains items that are to be personalized, the order cannot be cancelled once the personalization process has begun.  If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by telephone (413-774-4794) to determine whether or not the items have begun the personalization process.

Q: What forms of payment does Personalized Blankies and more... , accept?

A:  We accept payments by Credit Card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express) and PayPal. We also accept certified bank checks.


Q: What is PayPal?

A:  PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to make purchases using any major credit card or directly from your bank account.  You need to set up a free PayPal account to use the service. For more information about PayPal, please visit their website at www.paypal.com.


Q:  When does my order begin processing?

A:  Orders begin processing when payment through your Credit Card or PayPal is received.


Q:  Does Personalized Blankies and more offer Gift Certificates?

A:  Yes, we offer Gift Certificates in any denomination that you want. We send those out to you or your recipient by mail.  We are currently working on having them available electronically also.
